Enrico is Managing Director and Partner at Equiter SGR. He oversees the Firm’s management and governance and leads origination and asset management activities. He also serves on the Firm’s Investment Committee.

Before joining Equiter SGR, Enrico was with Ancala, a mid-market infrastructure specialist based in London, where he focused on new investments across Southern Europe. Prior to Ancala, he held roles at Shorelight Partners and Barclays Capital in London.

Enrico holds a BSc and an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.

Filippo is a Partner at Equiter SGR, where he focuses on new business origination while leading asset management and performance improvement initiatives across the portfolio. He is also a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Equiter SGR, Filippo was with Antin Infrastructure Partners in London, where he served as Performance Improvement Principal.

Previously, he worked at Alvarez & Marsal in London Filippo holds a BSc from Bocconi University in Milan and an MSc from ESADE in Barcelona

Leonardo is a partner at Equiter SGR, where he focuses on origination and asset management and seats on the Investment Committee.

Leonardo joined from Antin Infrastructure Partners in London, where he was an investment director.

Prior to that, he held several positions in London specializing in energy and infrastructure investing at Shorelight Partners, Riverstone Holdings, Genel Energy and Barclays Capital.

Leonardo holds a BSc from Bocconi University in Milan and a MSc from Cass Business School in London.

Tiziana is an Investment Manager at Equiter SGR.

She has extensive experience in renewable energy and public-private partnership investments, with a strong focus on project finance and infrastructure-related projects.

She previously worked at Intesa Sanpaolo covering infrastructure investments

Tiziana holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Napoli University

Silvia is an Investment Manager at Equiter SGR and leads the coordination of ESG activities across the fund and its portfolio companies.

She has extensive experience in infrastructure investments and sustainable finance, with a strong focus on ESG integration at both fund and portfolio level.

She previously held roles at Intesa San Paolo and Sella Asset Management.

Silvia holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Turin University.

Paolo is a veteran in the Italian infrastructure and private equity sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy and utilities.

Prior to Equiter, Paolo held roles at Intesa SanPaolo’s private equity arm.

Paolo graduated from the University of Turin and SDA Bocconi.

Erwin is an investment manager at Equiter SGR.

Previously, he worked at Golding Capital Partners in Munich and in the IB division of Mediobanca in Milan, after starting his career at Legance, where he advised on M&A and ECM transactions

Erwin holds a law degree from the University of Bologna (Italy) and a MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School (France).

Giulio is an investment manager at Equiter SGR.

Prior to joining Equiter SGR, Giulio was with Arcus Infrastructure Partners in London, where he specialized in energy and infrastructure investments.

Before that, he held an investment banking analyst position in the Power, Utilities & Transport team at Nomura in London.

Giulio holds a BSc and MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.

Luca is an investment manager at Equiter SGR.

Prior to joining Equiter SGR, Luca was with CVC DIF in London. Before that, he worked in private equity specializing in renewable energy and real estate at IAM Capital in London and held other investment banking and private equity roles in Milan and London.

Luca holds a BSc from LUISS University in Rome and a MSc in Administration, Finance & Control from Bocconi University in Milan.

Silvia is Head of Risk, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. She also serves as the internal member of the Supervisory Body.

Since 2019, Silvia has held independent board director positions at leading publicly listed Italian companies and currently serves as a member of the Risks and Controls Committee of Banco BPM.Previously, she spent 26 years in international executive leadership roles within General Electric and McKinsey, covering energy and financial services sectors.

Silvia holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Bocconi University and an MBA from City St. George’s University of London.

Elisa è la Chief Financial Officer (CFO) di Equiter SGR.

She joins from Confindustria, after having held CFO roles at Claris Ventures SGR and Innogest. She started her career at KPMG.

Elisa holds a BSc in Accounting and a MSc in auditing from Turin University.

Grazia is the Finance and Administration Officer at Equiter SGR, where she oversees the firm’s financial reporting, accounting and administrative activities.

She previously worked at Quaestio Capital Management in Milan and earlier held positions at Accenture and Studio Fregoni & Associati.

Grazia graduated in Management and Economics from Federico II University in Napoli.

Mauricio is a Strategic Advisor to Equiter SGR and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.

He has extensive experience in infrastructure investing across transport, energy and telecommunications. He spent over a decade at Antin Infrastructure Partners as a Partner, managing investments across various infrastructure verticals.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Macquarie Capital in London focusing on transport investments. He began his career at ABN AMRO.

Mauricio holds a BSc from Copenhagen Business School.

Giornalista iscritta all’albo con 15 anni di esperienza, ha ideato e curato strategie e progetti di comunicazione per diverse realtà, tra cui Cartier, Bvlgari, Reply Group, CONI e Federazione Italiana Pallacanestro.

Her work encompasses editorial content creation, corporate and B2C event management, as well as initiatives in DE&I, corporate social responsibility, and employee welfare.
